PRODUCTION FACILITIES - CHRISTOS VEKRAKOS AND ASSC. E.E.
Light industrial coffee processing facility with a total surface area of 1000 sq.m. in Kavallari, Thessaloniki. The project included the planning, supply and installation of a metal building with two loading and unloading areas. The building contains ground floor storage areas with a surface area of 500, a 600 sq.m. production area and 250 sq.m. of office space which extends to the first floor. The project also included the roof overlay, exterior side panelling, internal lining as well as the necessary internal configuration of the building for sanitation purposes.

It included the configuration of an internal area in the storage building with floor plan dimensions measuring 4,23m x 11,85m. and a net height of 6.14m, as well as the addition of a suspended ceiling in two rooms in the old building.
