INDUSTRIAL BUILDING - OLYMPOS LTD
Industrial building and office space totalling 900sq.m.. in Nicosia, Cyprus.
The building consists of 720sq.m. ground floor cooling-freezing-storage-packaging areas. and an 180 sq.m. loft where office spaces are located, along with 160sq.m. canopy.
The project involved the planning, construction and installation of the metal building with a double hipped enclosed roof including roof overlay and side panelling as well as the loft’s permanent metal form-work.

The project involved the construction of a winery consisting of four storage areas, three of which have a double hipped roof connected to each other to create a single space, while the fourth has a flat roof on which a wooden roof is mounted.
Ceramic tile panels were used for roof coverage, while polyurethane panels were used for exterior side panelling, with a section partly covered with a thermal facade.
