The project involved the design, construction, application of fire resistant paint and installation of the metal frame for a three-storey building, including the supply and installation of shear nails and the permanent metal formwork for the composite floors.

The project involved the design, construction and installation of a metal frame for a two-storey building. The project included the roof overlay, side panelling and permanent metal formwork for both floors.
A distinctive feature of the building is the front facade canopy, as well as the architectural details of the building facades with the use of vertical and horizontal angled panels.
