LOGISTICS WAREHOUSE FOR ROVANIAS LTD
Warehouse, showroom and office building with a total area of 4,200 sq.m. in Ypsona Limassol. The project involved the design, supply and erection of two identical steel buildings statically independent of each other. Each building has a ground floor storage area of 1,150 sq.m. and lofts of 950sq.m. which are used as showrooms and office spaces.

The project includes the design, construction and erection of a metal building with a gabled boxed roof and peak height of 11.00m, the composite slabs of the office floors and canopies. It includes the cladding and siding of the building with panels, the permanent steel forms of the floor floors as well as the internal fireproof partition that separates the office area from the storage and distribution areas.
