The project involved the construction of a main ground floor 1978sq.m. warehouse, a 108sq.m. flammable materials storage warehouse and a 325sq.m. warehouse with a basement that will service the product delivery and dispatch areas, product sampling area and staff service area.

Learn moreExtension of a new three-storey building with the provision of one extra floor. The new building is made of metal frames, which are formed by standard metal cross-sections. Vertical windbreaks are constructed in the transverse and longitudinal axes of the building, which receive the earthquake and the wind, stabilizing the construction, resulting in the building having the best possible seismic behavior. The metal columns extend 1.00m above the level of the roof of the 2nd floor so that in the future the new floor can be constructed. Side covers are included to support the siding as well as metal frames to create door and window openings in the metal frame where required. All metal surfaces of the columns, main floor beams and vertical windbreaks will be ironed and then painted.
