INDUSTRIAL BUILDING OF LPC SA
Construction of a new building in existing industrial facilities of the company LPC SA. The project includes the construction and erection of steel industrial building with a surface area of 750sq.m., the construction of equipment bases with a surface area of 82.5sqm., and steel construction of above-ground piping of 64sqm. Inside the building there are an office loft of 90sqm with a composite slab and an equipment loft of 105sqm. Furthermore there is an external balcony at the attic level for the installation of electrical equipment with grill floor. At a height of about 9.00m inside the building there is infrastructure-provision for the installation of a crane bridge.

The project includes the design, construction and erection of a new industrial building with larger dimensions of 23.50X58.45m with gabled boxed roofs, which consists of the ground floor area of production, changing rooms and the gas station. In addition, the 1st floor for office spaces and an external space measuring 5.20mx8.00m which concerns warehouse and engine room spaces. It includes the overlay, the siding of the building, the permanent steel type of the composite floors of the floors.
