This is the construction of a new metal building measuring 35.00X46.50m with the following technical characteristics:
- single ground floor industrial space,
- office space on the first floor first floor dim. 14.81X46.50m,
- two obvious gable roofs, - peak height 8.00m,
- three metal canopies with a total area of 230sq.m.
- external metal staircase with elevator shaft.
It includes the overlay, the cladding of the building and the external stairwell, as well as the permanent steel type of the composite floor of the 1st floor of the offices.
