ALINEA SUITS
Alinea Suites - Multi-storey apartment building with a total area of 2500 sq.m. in the center of the old town of Limassol. On the three floors of the building are distributed 30 apartments with noteworthy natural and artificial lighting. The project includes the design, supply and installation of the metal frame of the building, including the permanent formwork of the composite floors.

FRESH HOTEL (FORMER PINDAROS)
Learn moreReconstruction of the listed building that operated the historic hotel Pindaros at the intersection of Sophocleous and Athinas streets, very close to the City Hall of Athens, with the aim of joining the Fresh Hotel and converting it into a 4-star hotel.The purpose of the project was the maintenance and repair of the existing facades in combination with a complete interior renovation and a loft.
The project includes the design, manufacturing, painting with fireproof system and partial installation due to the specificity of the project in four phases of steel columns and beams with a total of six floors and a loft.
