DETACHED HOUSE IN KEFALARI
Construction of an additional floor to a newly built two storey house in Kefalari Attica. The project involved the manufacture and construction of the metal frame of the first floor of a new 500sqm two-storey house with a basement and a pool.
A special feature of the house is the cantilevered balcony that protrudes 7 m. from the building.
The architectural plans were prepared by Zege Architects and the structural design plans by Ypsilon Ltd.
